Now that you are a Carvertise Driver, the information in t his packet will help you get the most out of your campaign and your experience.

We will go over how to set up your GPS app, direct deposit, and different social media games that can earn you extra money! Follow the directions closely in this pamphlet to get your GPS app downloaded and direct deposit set up.

Getting started after you're wrapped

  • Open the app store and search "GPSWox". There will be more than one version. Make sure you download the GPS Tracker that is shown.

  • Open the app and click the blue button that says "Register". This will open a page in safari where you will create your account.

  • Enter your preferred email address, click the "I'm not a robot" button, and then click the button that says "Register".

  • Retrieve your password and click the activation link. Use your info to login to the website and activate your account.

  • In the app, switch the "Server Address" to USA.

  • Turn on the server status at the top, this will bring up a box. Please click allow.

Now click the link at the bottom. It will send you to the website to sign up.

  •  Click the green "Start Tracking Free" button. Then enter your email address. Once entered it will say Registration Successful. Go back to your email and open the email they sent. If you do not  see it, check your spam

  • Using the login information provided, go to the activation link.

Direct Deposit / Bill.com

  • Using a computer, open your browser and go to www.bill.com. Click the orange sign up button in the right corner

  • Bill.com will ask some information about you and your "business." Use your name as your company name and identify yourself as “A small or mid size business”. Select none for accounting software

  • You will receive an activation email from Bill.com. Please click on the activation link.

  • The activation link will reopen bill. com in your browser. Setup your password for your account. Agree to the terms and save.

  • Fill in your contact information. Select "I was invited to be paid by one customer (no charge)" under "Use bill.com for."

A dialog box will appear and ask if you would like to downgrade your free trial click OK to continue.

  • Input your bank info. Under "Other info" input your Social Security number as your Tax ID and click "SSN" under tax ID type.

  • Once you are on the Carvertise profile, click the blue "Connect" button.A dialog box will appear.

  • Click "I want to receive payments” and "a new customer". Once those options are selected, click send.Carvertise will then accept the connection for payment!

Maintaining your wrap

Vehicle wraps are not meant to be installed and forgotten. Like the rest of your vehicle, your wrap requires regular cleaning and maintenance for longer lasting, vibrant color. Wash your wrap on a regular basis and keep your vehicle away from possible pollutants.

Wash your wrap once a week or more if your vehicle is exposed to a lot of dirt and pollutants.

Care tips

– Use a non-abrasive cleaner
– Use a soft sponge, brush, or cloth when cleaning the wrap
– Avoid directly spraying the edges of the wrap
– Never apply wax, polish, paint or clear coat to the wrap
– Wash the vehicle from top to bottom and avoid scrubbing
– Avoid parking under trees due to sap and leaves
– Contact us right away if there is an issue you cannot fix with your wrap

Making the most out of your campaign

Picture-tise!

Carvertise drivers often post photos of their wrapped vehicles on social media, so why not get paid for it? Each month,
Carvertise will select the best photo to win $150! To qualify, follow these instructions:

  1. Take a photo of your wrapped vehicle. Include a scenic background, take a selfie with your wrap, have people looking a your wrap. The more creative the better!
  2. Post a photo to Facebook or Instagram
  3. Check-in or tag Carvertise in the post and mention the campaign you are participating in.
  4. Use the following hashtags: #Carvertise, #The campaign you are in,#DominateTheStreets

Event Check-in

Carvertise Drivers are often offered compensation for attending events hosted by our clients. In order to be paid, follow
these instructions:

  1. Take a photo of your wrapped vehicle at the event.
  2. Post a photo to Facebook or Instagram
  3. Check-in or tag Carvertise in the post and mention the event you are attending.
  4. Use the following hashtags: #Carvertise, #The campaign you are in, #Your driver number, Your driver number can be found on your bumper.

At Carvertise we love keeping in touch with our drivers, and we are always here to help! Make sure to notify us within 24 hours if any of the following occur:

  1. Any accident involving your wrapped vehicle
  2. Loss or suspension of Drivers License or driving privileges
  3. Any reason that would prevent you from driving for five days or more
  4. Vehicle breakdowns or maintenance
  5. Any damage to the wrap, including peeling
  6. Any change of address or driving route
  7. Repossession or theft of the vehicle
  8. If selling the vehicle, two weeks notice (early termination fee may apply*)
